The Vision for the KBE Consulting Package
Consulting is the business of providing expert advice to a specific group of people. My vision for the KBE Consulting Package is to provide simply that - a combined decade of experience in the event industry to help produce a thoughtful and beautiful event that each client will cherish for a lifetime. The beauty of consulting is it can be catered to any specific client need as it is not "all inclusive". Consulting is need-based - so when you need specific professional guidance, pending availability, I can provide it.
The Consulting Package grew from a real need from mainly brides and their families and has truthfully bloomed from there. From non-profits, to other small business owners, ministries, corporate events, even home consultations for smaller events such as showers and parties - you name it, I've probably consulted for it. As my business (and our family) grows this seemed like the perfect logical next step and we are thrilled to be offering this package to brides and beyond.
We are in a season of "unknown" like never before and for many people signing the big check and contract may appear daunting - so the Consulting Package may be the PERFECT fit for you! We offer both hourly consultations as well as the Event Consulting Package.
The Process of the Consulting Package
The initial Consulting Package is $300 and begins with you filling out a KBE Consulting form with details of your event and needs so that I can come prepared to our first meeting. The first meeting typically lasts around an hour and a half and then always ends in information filled follow-up via email. Any additional communication or time spent post the initial consultation is billed hourly and based on availability.
I consult with a wide variety of clients, each desiring assistance at varying levels from 1-2 consultation sessions to almost complete consulting. For my brides, I have girls who reach out who have just got engaged and really need a place to begin, while others desire venue and vendor recommendations, and even more need help pulling their vision together and assistance with linens, florals, color palette and more. Or maybe you simply need to talk through wording and options for invitations or would love for me to join you for a site visit at a venue or even at your home - the possibilities are truthfully endless and it is truly amazing at what all we can get done - even in one hour. My combined experience and local relationships are sure to get your feet on steady ground and give you the confidence and resources you need to accomplish your event goals.
