This full service package is for the bride who wishes to have professional guidance on every single aspect of the planning process. From date and venue selection, to choosing vendors, managing your budget, to full design plans and scheduling appointments, this package is the whole nine yards! KBE will diligently consider your vision and budget and present you with a custom wedding plan, including design concepts, a detailed budget, month-by-month time line and vendor recommendations to execute the wedding of your dreams. KBE will work with your schedule to arrange and attend all vendor meetings and will also oversee vendor contracts and negotiations. KBE will be there for every detail from cake tastings, to choosing a menu with the caterer to dress fittings, you name it and we will be there! You will receive an exclusive binder created just for you to organize all your wedding contracts and details and to assist the planning process. In addition to monthly planning sessions with Kalee you will have access via text, phone and email throughout the entire engagement season. KBE will provide two event professionals on the day of your wedding to handle every detail from start to finish, so you can enjoy the day with friends, family and most of all your groom!

collection two

This partial package is ideal for a bride who has the time and gumption to plan on her own, but would still prefer the guidance from a confident event professional to assist fully in four desired areas. Most Collection Two Brides choose Paper (Kalee's professional eye would be on every single printed document from Save the Dates to Custom Coasters), Florals and Design (including custom design board, color palette, and attendance and overseeing of entire floral aspect), Reception (including layout, menu and all additional rentals) and one other area. KBE will also provide a month-by-month custom timeline. In addition to monthly planning sessions, brides will have access via text, phone and email throughout the engagement season. Kalee will be in attendance at only those four selected vendor meetings. If further assistance is needed on anything outside of the four selected areas, hourly consultations can be added to this package as the need arises. All of the scheduling, budgeting and contracts will be responsibility of the bride. Two event professionals are included on the day of your wedding to handle every detail from start to finish.

This six week package is perfect for the bride who has planned her wedding but then wants to hand over the execution of the day to Kalee and her team. Six weeks before the wedding, you will have a meeting with Kalee to fill her in on all vendors and decisions made. At that point, Kalee will hear your vision and together make plans to execute your dream wedding day. From that point on, you will have access to Kalee via text, phone and email and she will become the point person for all of your vendors. Kalee will schedule delivery and pick-up times, draft the wedding week timeline, wedding-day timeline, all vendor timelines, assist with the rehearsal and handle all wedding day details start to finish. This package includes two on-site event professionals to secure a joyous and stress free day for you and your guests. Again, if any further assistance is needed before the six week mark, hourly consultations are an option pending availability.
