My entire life I feel like I have struggled with my skin and it wasn’t until our 2nd child was born and she had ALLLLLL the allergies that for the first time ever I limited food groups - for her sake - and I started to realize the POWER of what goes INTO your body. God has made each of us completely unique - there is no other you :) And the way our bodies react to certain foods MEANS something - so make sure you are LISTENING to your body! In no, way, shape or form am I Dairy Free but when I am more careful about the AMOUNT of dairy I consume I can TELL the difference (!!!!) SO ENJOY this incredible DF treat BB has named “NICE CREAM” :)

ps IF you have a child struggling with ANY allergies I cannot recommend seeing Dr. Joe Larussa in Homewood enough because that man CHANGED MY FAMILIES LIFE! In her first few months of life, we discovered that Sissy was allergic to all dairy, egg, peanuts AND tree-nuts which she was “exposed to” in my breast milk - like SO SO sensitive and after 6 months of seeing one allergist (and literally making the problem worse) we FINALLY went at saw Dr. Larussa and now she has ZERO food allergies. I could cry re-telling the story - seriously- And from what I hear SO many others have success stories just like ours - so do yourself a favor and check him out! Another bonus his office is literally THE worlds greatest kid office - toys, books, train table, wooden airplane, wooden boats that rock, each patient room is themed and the theme goes throughout each room in the painting, book selection AND toys - I mean - mothers DREAM and of course has DVDs and a DVD player in dire need ;)

Blender Recommendations: This is the one we currently have - The Ninja which we have had for about 3 years and have LOVED IT - but my DREAM blender is of course - The Vitamix which BB has and SWEARS by it - can do HOT/COLD the whole nine yards - apparently worth every penny - one day - for sure on my wish list :)
